Cotoneaster divaricatus
Spreading Cotoneaster

Unlike the fishbone branching pattern seen in some members of this genus, Spreading Cotoneaster has long, relatively unbranched stems that are laden with very short spur shoots (which bear the flowers, fruits, and most of the leaves).
