Cornus sericea 'Flaviramea'
Flaviramea Redosier Dogwood

When allowed to mature unpruned, the various species of shrub Dogwoods flower and fruit each year; this image shows immature chartreuse fruits of 'Flaviramea' above its fresh green foliage in very late spring. Later, in a naturalized or neglected situation, some of the stems are likely to develop cankers and die, the fruits will turn white and be eaten by wildlife, and the foliage will have abundant leaf spots.
