Cornus florida 'Welchii'
Welch's Flowering Dogwood

'Welchii' is a variegated foliage form of Flowering Dogwood that has white flowers, white-pink leaf margins, and is best placed in partial shade (unlike its placement in this image). Other cultivars that have white or white-pink variegation include 'Cherokee Daybreak', 'Cherokee Sunset', 'Tricolor', and 'Variegata'.
