Flowering Dogwood

The moderately ornamental bark of Flowering Dogwood breaks into rectangular blocks and scales at maturity, and often has a heavy coating of lichens with age, giving it an interesting combination of sea-green and gray-blue color hues that add to the natural gray-brown bark color.
