Aucuba japonica
Japanese Aucuba

While green-foliaged forms exist, Japanese Aucuba is most commonly found in variegated form. The yellow or gold variegation may consist of speckles throughout the leaves, a blotch down the midvein area, or an edge along the margin. Some cultivars have more narrow leaves or more pronounced serrations.
