Artemisia 'Powis Castle'
Powis Castle Artemisia

Powis Castle Artemisia, although marginally hardy in zone 5, is a perennial of great foliage beauty, having lacy, silver-green leaves in a shrub-like canopy. This perennial should not be pruned all the way back to the ground in late Winter, leaving a significant proportion of its woody stems to initiate the following season's growth.
