Viburnum plicatum var. tomentosum
Doublefile Viburnum

The semi-fertile inflorescences of the common forms of Doublefile Viburnum stand in a sentry-like profile above the stem planes, somewhat similar to the floral arrangement of Kousa Dogwood, the latter of which blooms about two to four weeks later.
