Viburnum plicatum var. tomentosum
Doublefile Viburnum

Unfortunately, Doublefile Viburnum rarely has heavy fruit set. When it does, the red fruiting stalks (which are the showy portion of the reproductive structures) persist for several weeks after fruit abscission (or consumption by the birds).
