Tsuga canadensis 'Pendula'
Weeping Canadian Hemlock

The cultivar 'Pendula' is one form of Weeping Canadian Hemlock. It is normally trained (with a bamboo stake) to grow vertically from two to six feet at the nursery, then allowed to cascade for a wonderful weeping effect. With age, this cultivar develops an irregular pyramidal shape with a very broad base that weeps to the ground.
