Thymus x citriodorus
Lemon Thyme

Lemon Thyme, a perennial groundcover noted primarily for its emergent golden foliage as well as its herbal usage, also has a profusion of lavendar-colored inflorescences in late spring. Members of the genus Thymus were the International Herb Association's "Herb of the Year" in 1997.
