Thuja occidentalis
American Arborvitae

Gold-tipped forms of Arborvitae exist, with most quickly fading from the gold and yellow new spring growth to the regular dark green summer foliage color. However, a few retain the golden foliage into autumn (as shown), but even these often succumb to a dull yellow-brown color in winter.
