Stylophorum diphyllum
Celandine Poppy

While several commercial Spring bulbs are noted for yellow floral color (Winter Aconite, Daffodils, and selected Crocus and Tulips), Celandine Poppy is one of the few native woodland wildflowers to have yellow petals in Spring (members of the genus Ranunculus, the true Buttercups, are another example).
