Aesculus hippocastanum
European Horsechestnut

The huge leaves of European Horsechestnut are usually composed of seven leaflets, each one strongly obovate with serrated margins, a prominent midrib, long-tapering bases, and an acuminate apex, and with the combined leaflet bases fused at the top of the stout petiole.
