The mature fruits of Ohio Buckeye trees that are growing in partial sun to full sun will significantly weight down the branches (especially in heavy mast years). By the time of fruit maturity in late Summer, leaf scorch and some leaf abscission will have occurred (usually much more significantly than is shown here).
