Quercus phellos
Willow Oak

Willow Oak is the finest-textured of all the oaks, having foliage that is narrow lanceolate, just like the willows (Salix species). In a breeze, the foliage easily ripples, and almost exhibits the bicolor effect that is characteristic of the willows.
