Prunus virginiana 'Schubert'
Schubert Common Chokecherry

The different species of cherries exhibit great variety in their inflorescence structure, petal size, petal color, time of spring bloom, and fragrance or pungence. Schubert Cherry is in full white blossom when its leaves are fully expanded but still green, rather than their red foliage color of summer.
