Penstemon digitalis 'Husker Red'
Husker Red Beardtongue

This recent introduction of Beardtongue (for sunny spots) has become quickly popular, along with the newer cultivars of Coral Bells (for shady spots), for its purple-red foliage, which starts with the larger basal leaves and extends upward to the smaller stem leaves.
