Liriodendron tulipifera
Tulip Tree

The four-lobed leaf from a Tulip Tree is nearly unique, having both a base and an apex that is truncate (flattened), although the apex also has a shallow notch in the middle. The wide leaf blade, combined with the long petiole, allows for the leaves to flutter in the slightest breeze.
