Although the leaves of Beautybush strongly resemble those of Amur Honeysuckle, Beautybush does not have shiny leaves, and it is often accompanied throughout Summer and Autumn by the dried, fuzzy, tan fruits that are characteristic of Kolkwitzia, rather than the juicy berries of Lonicera.
