Iberis sempervirens
Evergreen Candytuft

Many members of the Mustard Family are weeds that bloom in Spring, and have yellow or white flowers on a vertical inflorescence, but Candytuft (an ornamental) has pure white flowers in nearly flat-topped inflorescences. This low-growing perennial (also known as simply Candytuft) has a few cultivars ('Autumn Beauty' and 'September Snow', for example) that bloom heavily in Spring, and sporadically in Autumn.
