Hyacinthus orientalis
Hyacinth

The thick radiating leaves of Hyacinth emerge with the compacted immature inflorescence, and both elongate as this Spring bulb approaches full flower. The leaves are strap-like, slightly cupped, and have parallel leaf veins.
