Pink Creeping Baby's Breath

Although listed as a perennial, Creeping Baby's Breath (similar to its better-known cousin Baby's Breath [Gypsophila paniculata]) is a short-lived perennial that is subject to crown rot and stem rot, but may also self-sow from one season to the next.
