Thornless Common Honeylocust

The bark of Thornless Honeylocust develops vertically-fissured and outwardly-flared brown-gray ridges with age that are somewhat ornamental, especially when viewed in combination with the bold branching and zig-zag twigs that are prominently displayed in Winter.
