Eustoma grandiflorum
Lisianthus

Formerly known by the scientific name of Lisianthus russellianus, this annual comes in white, pink, or blue flowers, and also goes by the common names of Prairie Rose and Prairie Gentian. Its foliage often has a grayish cast, and its stems are stiffly upright to 1.5 feet tall.
