Cypripedium acaule
Pink Lady's Slipper

Pink Lady's Slipper, an endangered species in its native habitat of woodlands of the Eastern United States, should NOT be collected from the wild. Its exacting cultural conditions require acidic, rich soils for growth. This Lady's Slipper has only its two basal leaves, with no leaves on the flowering stalk.
